    Why do Single arm / leg work? You naturally will have a stronger side so working both separately (but equally) will help develop total strength. I.e. Two equally strong sides. In turn, this will lessen the chances of injury because you don’t have one side working harder leading to overstressing or one side failing due to weakness.
